How do you feel in the morning?
Do you struggle to get up, get the coffee, run out the door, miss the cate, jump over the dog and end up in the car driving the kids to school, and then take a look at yourself.
You need to take some responsibility of your life.
Well take 5 minutes in the morning, plan your day, take some deep breaths, put on that new lipstick, fix your hair, aod spray on a light scent.
This will help you prepare for your day.

Take a good look at your self. Do you like what you see??
If not fix it!
Only you can.
Time to get your hair cut or coloured.
Skin feels tired - Or you are tired.
Why not book yourself that facial treatment or massage. You will help the economy but you will also feel a lot better.
Money tight, well why not get the kids to give you a bit of massage or if you are lucky your other half might give you a massage.
Or another idea why not give yourself a nice facial this weekend at home.
Get your nice cleanser, double cleanse your skin, apply a nice exfoliant, massage gently in and then rinse off, then put a hydrating or beautiful instant glowing mask on. Leave on for 10minutes then rinse. Feel the difference. It really does make your skin feel better.
Then of course now you can go and have a happy day.
